Этот документ доступен на английском и турецком языках.

In case of any conflict, the Turkish version of this agreement prevails.

1. Parties

Service provider: City VIP Transfer
Address: Dalaman / Muğla / Türkiye
E-mail: Показать e-mail

Customer: the person who books through citytransfer.info or our contact channels and whose name and contact details appear in the booking confirmation.

2. Subject and applicable law

This agreement sets out the terms of the private transfer service (airport, point-to-point or hourly tour) requested electronically by the Customer and confirmed by the Service Provider. The service is a passenger transport service; under Article 2(2)(h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, passenger transport services fall outside the Regulation, except for the pre-contract information duties in Article 5(1)(a), (b) and (d) and Articles 18 and 19. The general provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, E-Commerce Law No. 6563 and the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 apply.

3. Main characteristics and total price

The date, time, route, vehicle class, number of passengers and total price including taxes are shown on screen before the booking is completed and in the booking confirmation (e-mail / WhatsApp). The price is fixed; tolls and parking are included and there is no surcharge for card payments. No additional payment is requested without the Customer's explicit approval.

4. Payment

Payment is made to the driver, online by card (iyzico, 3D Secure) or by bank transfer. For online payments, card details are processed by the payment institution; the Service Provider does not store them.

5. Performance

The service is performed on the date and time stated in the booking confirmation. Meet & greet, waiting and flight tracking terms are set out in the Terms of Service.

6. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

As passenger transport services fall outside the Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal under that Regulation does not apply. Instead, the Service Provider grants the Customer free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before the transfer time. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Records and evidence

The booking request, confirmation and correspondence are stored electronically; the Customer can access the booking details on the tracking page and in the confirmation message. These records may be used to show that the Service Provider met its information duties.

8. Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees at the Customer's place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits, have jurisdiction. Complaints can also be filed through the Ministry of Trade's Consumer Information System on e-Devlet.

9. Entry into force

By completing a booking, the Customer declares having read and accepted this agreement, the Terms of Service and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The agreement enters into force when the Service Provider confirms the booking.
