Is there a commission or membership fee?
No. You get net rates and we charge no membership, setup or panel fee. The price you sell to your client is entirely yours to set.
How do I see the rates?
Enter pickup and drop-off in the panel and the net rate appears instantly. For special routes outside the list we send you a price and you accept it with one click.
How quickly is a booking confirmed?
Your booking reaches our operations team immediately. When it is confirmed the status changes in your panel and you receive an email; on standard routes this takes a few minutes.
How do cancellations and changes work?
You raise a cancellation or amendment request in the panel and operations confirm it. The conditions are part of your agreement; if the pickup is less than 24 hours away, please also call us.
When do I need to provide passenger details?
Passenger name, phone, number of people and flight number are enough at booking. If the flight is confirmed later you can raise an update request from the panel.
Do you offer an XML or API connection?
Today we work through the panel and email. XML/API integration is on our roadmap for high volume agencies, so tell us in the form and we will plan it with you.
