Cookie Policy
Last updated: 09.10.2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on citytransfer.info, why, and how you can manage your choices. How we process personal data in general is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They are sent back to the site with the next request and are used, for example, to remember your language or your session. Cookies set by the site you visit are first-party cookies; those set by another company are third-party cookies.
2. Essential cookies
Needed for the site to work and stay secure; they do not depend on your consent and cannot be switched off.

3. Analytics cookies (with your consent)
Loaded only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice or switch analytics on in the settings. They help us understand how the site is used and where visitors struggle. Session replay (Webvisor) records mouse and touch movements on the page; what you type into form fields is not recorded. Data collected with these cookies is processed on Yandex servers in the Russian Federation; the transfer is made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

4. Marketing cookies
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies.
5. Cookieless site statistics
We count the pages viewed, where a visit came from (e.g. a search engine, an ad, a WhatsApp link), device type and browser language on our own server without cookies. Your IP address is not stored; to tell visits apart within the same day we use a non-reversible digest that changes every day. These records are deleted after 400 days and are not shared with anyone.
6. Browser storage
After you verify once to see our contact details, your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) is used so you are not asked again in the same tab; it is cleared when the tab closes.
7. Managing your choices
- The cookie notice offers “Accept all” and “Essential only” on equal terms; analytics cookies stay off unless you switch them on. Continuing to use the site does not count as consent.
- You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page or the button at the top of this page. Switching analytics off deletes the Yandex cookies.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block essential cookies, the booking form and login may not work.
- To opt out of Yandex Metrica on all websites, you can use Yandex's browser add-on.
